Put on sunscreen cream whenever you go out for shopping or anything else. Keep your eyes and face away from dust and sunshine, because it makes the skin rough and spotty. Daily morning exercise increases the flow of blood, which will in turn increase the vitamin and minerals absorption in the body. It makes the skin of bride fresh and glowing.
