A lot of women, who care of their face skin, are smoking at the same time. However, it’s a straight way to bring harm to your skin. In this article we’d like to pay attention to the bad influence of smoking on a human skin.

First of all, it’s worth mentioning, that the evidential results of smoking on your skin are wrinkles. They make your face look much older and less attractive. It’s caused with the decreasing of a blood flow in your skin, which is the result of narrowing the small blood vessels.

They say, that collagen is a main resource, which is making our skin look healthy and young. Smoking destroyes collagen, as well as one more another material – elistin. Both of them are responsible for the fresh look of our skin, its health and beauty.

Third, smoking results into the permanent destruction of the mentioned above materials. It means, that no face lifting cosmetic solutions will help you to restore the appearance of your face.

So, if you are still an active smoker, your best way to start improving your face skin health is quitting. Protect your skin from the sun

Tanning is a favourite way to spend time for millions of women. They like lying in the sun for hours, getting a beautiful, chocolate-dark, tanned skin. However, not all of them care about the threats, which are related to tanning. In this article we’d like to give you an advice on how to keep your skin healthy, protecting it from the sun.

So, as we know, the sun is radioactive. Its radiation consists of the three kinds of different ultraviolet rays: UVA, UVB and UVC. The last one, UVC, almost doesn’t affect us, because it can’t reach the Earth through the ozone layer. However, UVA and UVB influence our skin hardly. Its affection is especially strong, if we are talking about the face skin. If you don’t want your skin to get covered with wrinkles, you should definitely make the following steps, in order to protect your skin.

1.Sunscreen. Humans invented the sunscreens, which are characterized with the SPF value (the Sun Protection Factor). You should choose it according to the type of skin you have. If you are a blonde with a white skin, the SPF should be equal at least 35.

2.Shade is good. In some periods of the day, the sun is too dangerous for our skin, even if we use sun protection. The best way to avoid its negative influence is going into the shade. These periods last between 11 a.m. and 3-4 p.m.

3.Cover your face with some clothing. It allows you avoiding the sunheats on the most vulnerable part of your body.

4.Hair products are dangerous for your face skin. You may argue, that you don’t use them and they don’t contact with each other, but it’s a false. If you use spray, it definitely covers your face as well. Another example of such a contact s sports – your sweat, running down from the hair, contains some ingredients of such a product. We’d like to give you an advice, that you’d better use some sweatband or something like that.

5.Sleeping well is important. Just the like the whole body, the skin, being its part, needs some time to get regenerated. If you have not enough sleep, your skin can suffer – it won’t be recovering, so that you see the negative affect soon. Sleep well, as much, as your skin needs.

6.Daily moisturizing is one more tool for the skin care. It prevents you from the dry skin, which is a widely spread problem for women of all ages. The dry skin suffers from aging so that the girl with a dry skin looks much older. Think about it well, and carry some moisturizing lotion in your bag!

7.Natural masks is another way to look well. They can bring to your skin some of the nutrients, which were not available from the foods you consume. Just pick any idea on which mask you can choose and make it – it’s cheap, easy and fun. But the final results may be amazing!
